  Pathetic customer service. I called them to book a flight to India.
  1. They offered me a very costly options which was around $200 more than online ticket prices.
  2. The representative was rude. She didn't even tell me the other options and hung up my phone during the call.
  I don't know how people have posted positive review here. Maybe they are paid reviews as I dont see this agency giving rates even closer to online rate.

  I have used Sai Travels few times and their customer service has always been very good.
  They return calls promptly,transactions are smooth and they always get you the lowest airfares especially if you're traveling to India.
  Ritika is the goto person,awesome service.
