  First they lost my leather jacket which I had juuuust bought at a vintage store. They gave me a $75 credit. I had $15 left of that credit and the conveniently forgot about it. Then said they would charge me $56 for some cleaning, then when I checked my credit card statement it was $65. No receipt was given.
  
  I'm not too upset, but these are just sketchy tactics. Maybe they are honest mistakes, but the mistakes seem to benefit them each time. I'm never going back.
