  When I called they were very kind, but upon arrival to wash my car the sprayer hose had a leak and I got drenched in soap i had to hold it with my hand so it wouldn't spray me. It is also ridiculously expensive you get 3.5 minutes for $4 dollars so you are rushing to get your car cleaned. The scrub brush sucks so I wasted more time trying to scrub it with the crappy brush, and there went $15 just like that. So full of soap and out 15 and did not even have enough time to rinse the care i asked the manger on duty if he could at least refund me back and he was very rude he said pay at your own risk but he finally managed to refund me $5 after showing him how badly broken the sprayer was. But bottom line theres got to be a better place thats not so expensive because for 15 or 20 bucks you can pay someone to wash your car for you.
