  I like Doctor Block, but no much his staff. I didn't receive my last receipt in email until one week later, and was told because they mistyped my email address the first time. Fortunately that email address didn't exist otherwise my personal information (name, address, detailed treatments) would be sent to a stranger. I replied back suggesting them to be more careful next time. Guess what? They replied back one day later with a carefully written but cold lawyer-like email stating that they did nothing wrong!
  
  I went on Yelp and found that I'm not alone on how the staff disrespected patient privacy. Fortunately no damage for me, but a mistake with no damage is not the same as no mistake; who knows what will happen next time.
