  1 teller for about 40-50 people in line. Manager apologizes for not having more tellers, instead of helping out when he has no workers and a ridicules line of people waiting...
  As a manager, if you don't have tellers, you should let go of your pride and substitute for one instead of walking around the branch. At least when it's sooo busy...
