  Spent an hour here waiting to cash bonds only to be told they ran out of the redemption form and they actually can't do anything. Completely useless and incompetent.

  This Branch is good in terms of customer service and approach. Especially Preethika Manickam is very good and the one with whom the customers can rely on...Very friendly and nice executive.

  Please guys take ur business for people they deserve it u worked hard for the money and u need respect , i went to this store opened a business account and i was planning to take 100k from another bank to bofa but !!! What really happen is after i opened the account teller and service start to get worse and worse the teller through a paper in my face and was rude to me , didn’t respect and was not trained for customer service , thats really bad when people recommend bofa and there employees is not qualified to deal with customer at macdonald thats a joke , take ir money somewhere else
